In this video you learned all about the stress response, and how it is displayed in your body language, whether you know it or not!
Some key points to remember:
When you feel anxious, everything speeds up because of the production of adrenaline
Confidence is displayed as being present and relaxed in your body language
While we don’t have control over what will create the stress, we do have control over how we respond to that stress
Greater feelings of safety, lead to greater feelings of confidence.
Safety is determined by observing our surroundings but also by controlling our internal environment

Be aware of your gestures and perform them twice as slow.
