When a woman reclaims her body, she reclaims her herself.
When you’ve been conditioned to ignore, delay, or fear the signals of your body, it makes sense that you might sometimes feel like a stranger in your own skin.
And yet, when you try to turn towards your body, it’s messages might feel confusing:

You wake up, and your mind is running before your eyes even open. You check your phone before you sit up.
Nothing is urgent. You’re not anxious exactly.

You make your coffee while scrolling and answering emails. It’s good coffee, but you don’t really taste it.
You move through the day and there is a moment where the sun hits you in a certain way, and for just a second you are actually there, in your body.
But just like that you’re back in your head, planning dinner or replaying a conversation.
It’s like there’s a pane of glass between you and the things you really love.
You care deeply about the world. You also care about how your home looks, and how you smell, and what you wear.
You feel like these and many more parts of you can’t coexist, so you race from one to the other, or go numb to them both.
You don’t want to be a more optimized version of yourself, you want to be a more relaxed version of yourself.
Maybe you’ve tried somatics.
Breath work, body scans, shaking practices.
And while collecting tools has been helpful, it still feels like self-help.
You still feel like you a project manager when it comes to your body and your mood.

Step Inside The Woman’s Way of Embodiment
A four month immersion with private coaching, live experiences, and peer support
Five, 75-minute, 1:1 Embodiment Coaching Sessions
This is the heart of our work, where you finally get to put down the self-starting, the keeping track, the self-monitoring, and just receive.
These sessions release frozen emotional tension in the body, open access to wisdom that the mind can’t access alone, and rewrite old, limiting stories into new pathways of power.
You’ll be skillfully guided through a process that is entirely personal to you, your body, and your patterns, by someone who has been doing this work for over a decade. Each session is its own 75-minute transformation.
Six Live Classes on The Pillars of Embodiment
Uniquely designed around the architecture of your feminine nervous system, these gatherings blend learning with living, realizations with relating, helping you land embodiment in your mind and nervous system, as well as give you practical tools and excursions to take your practice into real life.
Small Group Sessions
This container is limited to ten women. Throughout the program are three group coaching sessions - open, honest, unscripted conversations about what is happening in your process, and witnessing other’s in theirs.
Watching other women move through their own version of this work has a way of cracking something open in you that no solo practice can touch. Bring your questions, your stuck points, your breakthroughs, and and leave with the kind of clarity that can only come from open-hearted connection.
Practice Partnerships
If you would like, you will be paired with other women in the program to practice with between sessions.
This provides accountability, but even more so, it creates companionship. Connecting to other women outside our group sessions is how you take your learning and bring it into living, so embodiment can take root in you, and expand into your life.

The feminine nervous system is uniquely wired for connection. Relationship is at the heart of this coaching program, and you’ll learn tools to work with your nervous system to grow your capacity for intimacy, vulnerability, and connecting with others in ways that satisfy instead of drain you.

Receiving is not only an art, but a craft of slowly growing your capacity for expansion and abundance. You’ll practice your ability to receive without deflecting, and learn how to anchor and contain your feminine magnetism, growing your ability to draw in instead of lead it all.

We work together about every two weeks, one-on-one. You’ll schedule your sessions at the start of the container, and sessions are typically scheduled on weeks when there is no group gathering to give you a steady, even pace throughout the program.
Each session is 75-minutes.

Embodiment coaching is different in that we centers the body as the primary source of guidance and change. Instead of trying to think your way into a new way of being, you learn to feel, sense, and respond from within, working with the nervous system, emotions, and lived experience.
It’s less about improving yourself and more about relating to yourself differently, so you are not fighting with or managing your body’s messages, but welcoming them as ways your body is guiding you into clearer, more aligned ways of living.

Group Sessions: All sessions are recorded and can be done at your own pace, though you are encouraged to attend live if possible. You also have the option of practice partnerships, so that as we work through the different pillars, you won’t miss out on the chance for live, relational practice.
For private sessions, session can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, and occur within 5 days of your canceled session to keep your flow and pace steady.

Hello! I'm Mary Lofgren, an award-winning Feminine Embodiment Coach, licensed Esthetician, and the host of the Come To Your Senses podcast.
My work is brings together somatics, sensory living, and the feminine experience. For two decades I have helped women come home to themselves through beauty, embodiment, and real relational connection.
I created this program because I see so many women who are hungry for embodiment, buy countless books and digital courses on the subject, and then beat themselves up for never opening them, or feeling like they’re not “getting it.”
Information alone does not change us. Relationship does.
Embodiment coaching changed my life, and continues to every day.
When you step into relationship with another person and allow yourself to be seen, it is impossible to not be changed on a deep, cellular level.
For women particularly, I believe there is a gap in the world of embodiment. With so much emphasis on trauma resolution, embodiment can take on a heaviness, and feel like just another tool to fix what’s broken.
Women and feminine beings in particular are wired not just for regulation ,but for radiance. And this is a piece that much of embodiment work leaves out.
The feminine nervous system has been underresearched and undersupported, and has led women to doubt themselves because of it. But this a gap in the science, not a gap in who you are.
