My mission is to help awaken the wisdom of the body and the wonder of the senses to create a more meaningful, heart-led, enchanted way of living.
My career in the embodied arts spans over 20 years. I’m an award winning Embodiment Coach, a licensed esthetician, and a certified intuitive movement practitioner.
