MEET MARY

Greetings! I’m Mary Lofgren. I’m a certified Feminine Embodiment Coach, a licensed esthetician, and a certified intuitive movement practitioner. My career in the embodied arts spans over 20 years.

My mission is to celebrate the sacred in each of us through the joy of beauty, the wisdom of the body, the warmth of connection, and the wonder of the senses.

I’m a budding watercolor artist, Goddess-mother to a few brilliant kiddos, and am proud to call myself girlfriend to several dogs and horses across the land.

I am of the belief that spirituality and personal growth can be beautiful, fun, pleasurable, and joyful, and every one of my offerings is created with that in mind….
