Your Resplendent Feminine Nervous System

Wednesday, March 11th • 12pm - 1:15pm PST •

A free workshop to learn the unique ways you’re wired, build trust with your body, and thrive in your feminine nature

I’m Mary Lofgren, and learning how to work with the nature of my feminine nervous system changed my life.

The permission I felt to stop doubting myself was tremendous.

Where I previously felt deadened and exhausted in life, I came alive again

I no longer felt like I was always doing it all wrong in life — had simply been applying a template that was never made for me.

So much of what women are told is “wrong with us” is really just a symptom of our nervous systems being misunderstood.

Your nervous system is wise, intuitive, exquisitely sensitive.

Its gifts, patterns, and ways of communicating are beautiful and unique.

But to a culture that rejects feminine traits and values, things like your need for emotional expression, your cyclical nature, your need for beauty - get dismissed as being frivolous, weak or needy.

Well, enough of that, I say.

The gifts of the feminine nervous system are like a secret garden of possibility and pleasure, and this class hands you a key.

Every woman deserves access to this life-affirming, transformative information of how-to tend the nervous system in ways that work for her wiring.

What We’ll Explore

Why most nervous system advice misses women entirely

Why rest sometimes feels like pressure, and how to restore in a way your body can really feel

Why it’s so common to override your body’s needs, and how to respond before that happens

How to use the strengths of your feminine wiring to your advantage

Learn to distinguish between fear, self-protection, desire, and intuition, and rebuild trust in your body’s voice

Learn how to step out of perpetual healing and self-management, and into an embodied experience of aliveness

Who is this class for?

This is a women-centered class, inclusive of trans women. I teach from my lived experience as a cis woman and from my professional training in embodiment and nervous system work.

While we’ll touch on biology, the nervous system is not fixed. It is fluid, responsive, and is shaped by experience, environment, identity, and relationship, not just anatomy.
